Great value, beautiful backyard with pool and sweet location. So many restaurants nearby and the food was great all around. We've been in mexico for over a month and this was our stay that had the best food nearby. Like 4 restaurants within 150 meters. It's a new area, which is great- There's new construction down the road, but it was far enough away we didn't notice the noise. Down that way there are also a few great places to eat. We noticed the caretaker was welcoming, caring and friendly. The long-term renters are also very kind people, ask them of what they think and they love the place. Great night life. It's a good vibe all around.
